Why this site?        Updates Coming 8/15/15

This site was borne out of frustration at the inequities of our legal system and out of the incredulity that a “neighbor”  can manipulate that system through blatant lies and, as a result, win in court.  Then, empowered by that win, mount a nearly ten years long campaign of legal harassment involving property lines, boat ramps and protective canopies because they did not achieve their real goal – the destruction of my boat house.

What I have found is that my case was as only as good as my attorney on a given day and how much of my evidence (photographs, legal documents, correspondence, etc) he felt like presenting.   There is only one opportunity to present evidence and if not presented, it can’t be presented on appeal.  The other side can win by simply stating their case – regardless of truth.    As a result of my evidence not being presented, the court of appeals said I had “no credibility.”

The ultimate truth of our court system came to me when I attempted to determine why and how blatant lies can become the basis for loss of part of property, the loss of use of my property and the constant financial, physical and emotional drain on me.   Bottom line is that people can lie in court and there is no penalty – perjury in a civil proceeding is not prosecuted.

On this site I have included a chronology of events and a “library” of applicable documents.    I hope you will review this and I hope, as a result, you might provide some insight for me.
